Masterclasses and workshops

presented by:

Since its start in 2004, more than 500 students from 52 countries have been guests in Markneukirchen an at the Gebrueder Mönnig Company within the framework of this master class series, many of them already several times.
The interesting mixture of an impressively high quality of the courses - guaranteed by first-class lecturers, a very relaxed, almost familiar atmosphere as well as the possibility of gaining a direct insight into the manufacture of woodwind instruments make this series of events something very special.
A free instrument service, workshop tours, reed-making courses and the participants' meetings every evening round off the stay in Markneukirchen in a pleasant way.
By having the opportunity to try out instruments, the instrument makers also receive important tips from participants and lecturers so that they can continue to develop and constantly improve the instruments.
The public final concerts for each course have become an integral part of the town's cultural experience and always form a worthy finale to an eventful and unforgettable week.
